1 The Appellant, James Lee Cameron, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged with the crime of Rape in the First Degree, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971 ? 1115 [21-1115], in the District Court, Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-76-171. After a trial by jury, the defendant was found guilty and sentenced to serve a term of fifteen (15) years in the custody of the State Department of Corrections. From said judgment and sentence, he appeals.
